This framework agreement concerns the supply, delivery, installation, connection and commissioning of toll equipment and the supply of motorway toll software for the entire VINCI Autoroutes network.

Approximately 24 toll lanes are to be equipped. In addition to these 24 corridors, toll software will also be installed on around 2,000 existing VINCI Autoroutes toll booths.

The contract, which involves the establishment of a framework agreement with purchase orders, with minimum and maximum value, concerns the supply, delivery, installation, connection and commissioning of toll equipment as well as the supply of motorway toll software for the entire VINCI Autoroutes network.

Toll equipment includes terminals (hardware and software) allowing the collection of the toll at the exit of the motorway network as well as devices for separating and classifying vehicles necessary for the application of the correct tariff to the vehicle in a situation of payment.

The supply of the software that equips these terminals is therefore included in this framework agreement.

This software must enable the integration of the terminals covered by the contract into VINCI Autoroutes' information systems and must be able to operate on existing terminals in the VINCI Autoroutes network.

The need is estimated at around 64 new bollards to equip 24 new corridors and replace damaged bollards, 50 vehicle separation and classification devices, and the supply of toll lane software corresponding to VINCI Autoroutes' specifications and interfaces.

The services will be carried out on the entire motorway network and VINCI Autoroutes buildings.

The estimated value in section II.2.6 corresponds to the forecast estimate multiplied by a coefficient of 2. The amount thus obtained represents the maximum amount of the framework agreement over its total duration.
