Framework agreement for the purchase of storage systems from the manufacturer Dell EMC (Isilon series), supplementary system services for the restoration and maintenance of the operation as well as services for the expansion and optimization of existing and new systems of the same series.

This framework agreement seeks to expand and modernize existing Isilon systems (manufacturer Dell EMC) through purchase. System service contracts are designed to ensure the recovery and maintenance of the overall solution (inventory and new systems) in line with business requirements based on defined SLA agreements. The commissioning and optimization of the solutions requires services with appropriate system expertise. The request for delivery and services is made as required by call orders. There is no guaranteed minimum purchase volume. Each client defined under I.1) will conclude an EVB-IT system delivery contract with the contractor, which will enable the economic retrieval of supplies and services on the basis of the terms of the framework agreement.
