The purpose of the consultation is to entrust the maintenance of the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installations of the various sites of the CPAM of Val-de-Marne as well as the carrying out of small maintenance works to a service provider and more precisely:

- the distribution network and heating emitters,

- air treatment and climatic comfort,

- the maintenance of the air handling units and cold unit, on the terrace of the head office,

- the maintenance of the terrace air treatment plant of the Ameli agency in Thiais,

- the ventilation network and the ventilation,

- extraction.

The purpose of the consultation is to entrust the maintenance of the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installations of the different sites of the CPAM of Val-de-Marne as well as the carrying out of small maintenance works to a service provider.
