The subject of the contract shall include the performance of a service consisting in arranging guarded bathing areas, ensuring within the specified dates of rescue service designated guarded sea bathing areas by arranging, positing and equipping rescue stations, in accordance with applicable regulations, ensuring qualified rescue and supervision of their work, ensuring appropriate social conditions for emergency personnel, ensuring marking and equipping designated water areas with technical, emergency, auxiliary equipment signalling, warning and medical equipment, in accordance with applicable regulations and cooperation with the Ordering Party in the framework of the implementation of the “Blue Flag” programme.

The following beach sections have been designated to carry out the subject of the contract:

maritime bathing Dziwnów: from the descent to the beach at Żeromskiego Street in the eastern side to the descent to the beach at Parkowa Street — 500 mb of the beach;

Sea bathing park Dziwnów “Przymorze”: east of the mouth of the Dziwna river at the descent to the beach from Przymorze Street, the length of the bathing shoreline — 100 mb of beach from the mouth;

Sea bathing park Dziwnów “Polish Paratroopers”: on the descent to the beach from the street Sparatrooper Polskie on the west side of the mouth of the Strange Strait, the length of the bathing shoreline — 100 mb of beach;

sea bathing Dziwnów “Słoneczne”: west of the entrance to the beach from Słoneczna Street — 100 mb.

Number of rescue positions: 1 rescue position for every 100 m of guarded beach.

Rescue service of stations on the sea bathing park Dziwnów from the descent to the beach at Żeromskiego Street in the eastern side to the descent to the beach at Parkowa Street:

between 15 June and 30 June — 9 persons (including 3 rescue sites of 3 water rescuers),

in the period from 01 July to 31 August - 15 persons (including 5 rescue stations of 3 water rescuers each),

Rescue service of maritime bathing stations in Dziwnow “Przymorze”, “Polish Paratroopers” and “Słoneczne”:

- in the period from 01 July to 31 August - 3 people (1 rescue station with 3 water rescuers).

Lifeguards' working time during the performance of the contract: each calendar day from 9:00 to 17:00.

The following stretch of beach was designated for the implementation of the subject of the contract:

sea bathing in Łukęcin 2 with a length of 100 mb west of the entrance to the beach from Bajkowa Street;

sea bathing in Łukęcin 2 with a length of 100 mb west of the entrance to the beach from Spacerowa Street.

Number of rescue positions: 1 rescue position for every 100 m of guarded beach.

Rescue service of the above positions:

between 15 June and 31 August — 3 persons (1 rescue station with 3 water rescuers).

Lifeguards' working time during the performance of the contract: each calendar day from 9:00 to 17:00.

Dates for opening and closing of the sea bathing in Łukęcin 2 between 15 June and 31 August in 2022:

between 15 June and 31 August, a 100 mb guarded beach with 1 rescue station and a cast of 3 water lifeguards, on a stretch of beach west of the entrance from Bajkowa Street;

between 15 June and 31 August, a 100 mb guarded beach with 1 rescue station and a cast of 3 water lifeguards, on a stretch of beach west of the entrance at Spacerowa Street.

The following stretch of beach was designated for the implementation of the subject of the contract:

sea bathing in Międzywodziz from Westerplatte Street to Szkolna Street — 600 mb of beach.

Number of rescue positions: 1 rescue position for every 100 m of guarded beach.

Rescue service of positions:

between 15 June and 30 June — 9 persons (including 3 rescue sites of 3 water rescuers),

between 01 July and 31 August - 18 persons (including 6 rescue stations of 3 water rescuers each),

Lifeguards' working time during the performance of the contract: each calendar day from 9:00 to 17:00.

Dates for opening and closing of the sea bathing in Międzywodzie between 15 June and 31 August 2022:

between 15 June and 30 June, a 300 mb guarded beach with 3 rescue stations and a cast of 9 water lifeguards, on the beach section from the entrance at Wojska Polskiego Street towards the west side,

between 01 July and 31 August, a guarded beach 600 mb with 6 rescue stations and a cast of 18 water lifeguards, from the entrance to the beach at Szkolna Street to the entrance to the beach at Westerplatte Street.

Providing rescue service of the guarded beach in Dziwnówek:

The following beach sections have been designated for the implementation of the subject of the contract:

Dziwnówek sea bathing with a length of 400 mb shoreline, including: 100 mb west and 300 mb east of the entrance to the beach from Kamieńska Street.

Number of rescue positions: 4 (1 rescue position for every 100 m of guarded beach).

Rescue service of the aforementioned positions: between 15 June and 31 August — 12 persons (3 water lifeguards for every 1 rescue station),

Lifeguards' working time during the performance of the contract: each calendar day from 9:00 to 17:00.

Dates for opening and closing of the sea bathing in Dziwnówek between 15 June and 31 August 2022:

between 15 June and 31 August, a 400 mb guarded beach with 4 rescue stations and a cast of 12 water lifeguards, on sections of the beach including:

- west of the entrance from Kamieńska Street — 100 mb;

- east of the entrance at Kamieńska Street — 300 mb.
