The various buildings of the Werkhofareal (CeRN), which are located in the area of Branch 1, were subjected to a condition inspection and an energy assessment. On this basis, 4 CeRN were prioritized to carry out a substance remediation (structural and functional) and an energetic renovation. This is intended to meet the needs of the operational service of the national roads and the objectives of the climate package programme of the Federal Administration. The 4 CeRN concerned are:

- Freiburg-Nord

- Vaulruz

- Domdidier

- Yverdon-les-Bains

The present contract includes the services of the client support (BHU) to accompany the developer during phases SIA 21 to 53. The areas to be coordinated concern all services related to the building, including in particular those of architects and civil engineers (shell construction and finishing) and HVAC engineers (equipment and operation).
