This framework agreement concerns the use of private security companies by the municipality to carry out event security operations during its various events. The type of supervision may vary from one circumstance to another, both in terms of the nature of the service and the number of participants. This framework agreement does not cover services relating to guarding, surveillance, fire risk prevention, intervention in the organisation of rescue and care of persons in the event of fire, and awareness of fire risks among staff, and various security services covered by contracts in progress. This framework agreement lays down all the conditions for the performance of the services, and is executed as and when purchase orders are issued by the contracting authority. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum threshold and with a maximum annual order threshold of 150,000 euro(s). This threshold will be the same for each renewal period
