New construction of a day care center in Hauzenberg - Services of object planning Building according to § 34 ff HOAI - Service phases 1-9.

The city of Hauzenberg is planning the construction of a new two-storey day care centre in the area of the city area on an area of approx. 8,300 m².

The existing kindergarten in the centre of the village will be replaced by this new building.

The current need for 4 regular and 3 crèche groups with all the necessary adjoining rooms is to be integrated into this building and should meet the requirements of a modern day care centre.

For use as a daycare center, open spaces are planned as exercise areas for children and about 40 parking spaces for staff and visitors.

Currently, there is a playground on the intended property. A subsoil survey is available.

An implementation in timber construction is being considered and must be examined for cost-effectiveness and sustainability in the course of preliminary planning.

In the course of approval planning, a revision of the urban land use planning for the property is required.

Funding in accordance with FAG is expected to be granted for the measures. The planning and implementation of the project must therefore meet the requirements of FAG.
