When you register, you conclude an Agreement with the Agency of the General Treasury (hereinafter referred to as the Agency), part of the Ministry of Finance. The DSTA (Client) is responsible for the financing and management of the Dutch government debt, for the policy and implementation of treasury banking, as well as for central government payments. The DSTA bundles the internal and external treasury function of the State.

Due to the expiry of the current Agreement, the relevant service will be put out to tender again. The purpose of the Tender is to conclude an Agreement with one service provider for Central Government Giro Payment Services. The intention is that the Agreement will take effect on 1.2.2021.
