The EEA envisages it will require the provision of a wide range of repair and maintenance services in the areas of electric work, plumbing, carpentry/joinery, flooring, plastering, painting and decorating.

In addition, the EEA will require the performance of refurbishment works in its leased premises aiming at the establishment of an activity-based working environment.
