1. The object of the order is a service consisting of:

Þ Mowing grass and weeds from the road lanes of provincial roads (with the right of option) administered by the Provincial Roads Authority in Lublin, Provincial Roads Region in Parczew:

-TASK No. 1 - provincial road No. 815;

-TASK No. 2 - provincial roads No. 813 (section Żelizna – Parczew) and 814;

-TASK No. 3 - provincial roads No. 813 (section Ostrów Lubelski – Łęczna), 820 and 829;

-TASK No. 4 - provincial roads No. 809 and 828.

2. The scope of services includes mowing grasses, weeds, self-sowing and suckers in a road strip of variable width (with clearing of cut self-sowing and suckers). Cutting width measured horizontally, regardless of the terrain – in accordance with the Service Quantity Statement attached to the ST.

3. In addition, at each mowing it shall:

-Signs. Locations of the Rd. works on the basis of UPORD or oprac. incl. and approve. by the Order. Traffic

- remove impurities,

- manually made of unavailable places.

The maximum number of services (length specified unilaterally in km) is:

– TASK No. 1 - provincial road No. 815;

a) And mowing

• at an average width of 10 ÷ 12 m – 52.81 km,

• with an average width of > 12 m – 68.36 km,

b) II mowing

• at an average width of 10 ÷ 12 m – 52.81 km,

• with an average width of > 12 m – 68.36 km,

c) III mowing — covered by option law

• with an average width of up to 2.5 m – 52.81 km,

• with an average width of > 12 m – 68.36 km.

The order shall be executed in accordance with the requirements set out in the attached Technical Specification in a manner that guarantees proper quality.

The range of services includes mowing grasses, weeds, self-seeding and regrowths in a variable width road lane (with clearing of cut self-seeding and outgrowths). Mowing width measured horizontally regardless of landform, according to the Amount of Services annexed to ST.

In addition, at each mowing:

mark the places of works carried out on the basis of a simplified traffic organization project regarding works in the field of maintenance and protection of the road lane on provincial roads in the Lubelskie Voivodeship constituting Annex No. 2 to ST or developed in accordance with applicable regulations on its own and approved by the Traffic Manager on provincial roads,

perform preparatory activities, i.e. removal of extraneous impurities (stones, debris, metal cans, dry fraction waste, etc.) from the workplace of the mower and their transfer to a landfill,

Mow inlets with crossroads with bituminous surface at 20 m length and 1.5 m width,

Manually mow the grass in inaccessible places, i.e. near road equipment (road sign posts, guide posts, protective barriers, etc.). On road sections

With the barriers set, the scope of services also includes manual mowing outside the barriers up to the required width as above.

Remove all foreign contaminants (stones, debris, metal cans, dry fraction waste, etc.) after mowing the grass.

Before signing the contract, the Contractor became acquainted with the place of service, in particular: the average width of the roadsides and road lane and places where manual mowing must be made and does not comment.

The Contractor is obliged to remove the collected waste listed in paragraphs 4 and 5 from the road lane and manage it on its own in accordance with the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended) or entrust this activity to an entrepreneur with an appropriate permit. To confirm the proper management of waste, the Contractor shall submit, within 10 days after the end of each month in which the service was performed, a document confirming the correct waste management.

The contracting authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial bids for individual tasks while maintaining a full range of services. The Contractor may submit a bid for the performance of one, two, three or all of the tasks specified in point III of the SWZ.

The maximum number of services (length specified unilaterally in km) is:

– TASK No. 2 - provincial roads No. 813 (section Żelizna – Parczew) and 814;

a) And mowing

• with an average width of 4 ÷ 6 m — 53.63 km,

• with an average width of 6 ÷ 8 m — 41.95 km,

b) II mowing

• with an average width of 4 ÷ 6 m — 53.63 km,

• with an average width of 6 ÷ 8 m — 41.95 km,

c) III mowing — covered by option law

• with an average width of up to 2.5 m — 53.63 km,

• with an average width of 6 ÷ 8 m — 41.95 km.
