The subject of the contract is the provision of warranty service and technical support for devices included in the server-matrix environment divided into the following parts:

a) Part No. 1 - Cisco Blade.

b) Part 2 - Blade IBM / Lenovo and IBM / Lenovo Storwize V7000 arrays;

IBM SYS STORAGE T3310 / 3576-L5B tape library.

c) Part No. 3 - F-PRIM / RX350 / S8 2X2 / 192/900 server;

Dell PE / T630 2X3, 4/64 / 1.2T server;

EMC VNX5200 disk array.

In accordance with the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex 1 to the ToR - Description of the subject of the contract and in accordance with the scope and conditions of the contract, which were set out in Annex 8 to the ToR - Contract provisions relevant to the parties.

The subject of the order is the provision of warranty service and technical support for devices included in the CISCO Blade server and matrix environment.

Performance of the subject of the contract is connected with the access of the Contractor's employees to classified information. The requirements regarding the protection of classified information are regulated by the Industrial Security Instruction, which constitutes an attachment to the provisions of the Agreement relevant to the Parties.

The subject of the order is the provision of warranty service and technical support for devices included in the Blade IBM / LENOVO server and matrix environment and IBM / LENOVO STORWIZE V7000 arrays; BELT LIBRARY IBM SYS STORAGE T3310 / 3576-L5B.

Performance of the subject of the contract is connected with the access of the Contractor's employees to classified information. The requirements regarding the protection of classified information are regulated by the Industrial Security Instruction, constituting an attachment to the provisions of the Agreement relevant to the Parties.

The subject of the contract is the provision of warranty service and technical support for devices included in the SERVER F-PRIM / RX350 / S8 2X2 / 192/900 server and matrix environment; SERVER DELL PE / T630 2X3, 4/64 / 1.2T; EMC disk array VNX5200.

The performance of the subject of the contract is connected with the access of the Contractor's employees to classified information. The requirements regarding the protection of classified information are regulated by the Industrial Security Instruction, constituting an attachment to the provisions of the Agreement relevant to the Parties.
