The subject of this framework agreement is the use of training services at flight school for pilot training on helicopters for the police of the state of Lower Saxony.

This contract covers the training of at least two pilots from quarter III 2023. Optionally, up to two additional pilots can be trained on the basis of this framework agreement.

The framework agreement to be awarded comes into force after signing and is concluded for 36 months.

Before the contract is awarded, an audit is carried out by the client. The three training institutions that meet the eligibility requirements and best meet the price and technical requirements are audited according to a defined audit plan before any award of the contract.

Further audits will follow at regular intervals during the course.

The training facility also offers a furnished apartment for at least 2 people for the duration of the course. The client decides after a technical examination of alternatives.
