this contract concerns the studies, works, maintenance and asset management of lighting installations and Charging Infrastructures for Electric Vehicles (Irve) of the communities of ille-et-vilaine, divided between the communities that have transferred their lighting and/or IRVE competence to the Sde35 (municipalities, communities of municipalities, agglomeration communities, Metropolis) for which the Sde35 is the contracting authority and operator of the installations and the others municipalities for which the Sde35 can carry out studies and works

this contract concerns studies, works, maintenance and asset management on the western sector of the ille et vilaine: - lighting installations of the communities of ille-et-vilaine, distributed between:- the municipalities and communities of municipalities having delegated their lighting competence to the Sde35 (called "member communities") on whose territory the Sde35 carries out all the interventions on the lighting heritage (studies, works, maintenance and asset management),- the other municipalities and communities of commune and the Metropolis of Rennes which can transfer their competence during the contract or on whose territory the Sde35 can possibly carry out public lighting projects (excluding maintenance and heritage management).- Charging Infrastructures for Electric Vehicles (Irve) for which 312 municipalities and the Metropolis of Rennes have delegated their competence to it. The IRVE are owned by the Sde35 which organizes and coordinates the development of the network
