The scope of the object of the order includes:

1) renovation of the front facade with replacement of window joinery;

2) replacement of window joinery in the staircase from the side of the yard;

3) replacement of window and door joinery in the utility premises;

4) repair of ventilation chimney wires;

5) works in the basement of the building — the construction of the room of the heat node together with the necessary installations;

6) electrical works — power supply of the heat node;

7) renovation and reconstruction of sanitary installations, including:

(a) the conversion of the heating method for heating supplied from the urban grid with the dismantling of current heat sources in premises No 1 to 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14;

b) installation of hot utility water and circulation in the building together with the dismantling of existing sources for the preparation of hot utility water;

(c) reconstruction of cold water installations;

8) the execution, delivery and installation of the “information board for the duration of construction” in accordance with the instructions.

The detailed scope of the order shall specify:

1) construction projects of industries: architecture, sanitary, electrical - Annex No 10 to SWZ;

2. Decision No 1105/2020 of 17.3.2020 approving a construction project with a construction permit and attestation No 7931/2020 of 29.5.2020 of its finality — Annex 11 to the SWZ;

3. Implementing projects of industries: architecture, sanitary, electrical - Annex No 12 to SWZ;

4. Technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works of industries: construction works, sanitation, electrical installations — Annex No 13 to SWZ;

5. Objects — Annex 14 to SWZ;

6. Model, timetable and financial — Annex 15 to SWZ;

7. Rules for marking investments in the field of information for residents, together with a model information board, Annex 16 to SWZ;

8. Model contract — Annex 9 to SWZ.

Note: The design documentation covers a wider range of work than is due to the scope of the subject of the order indicated in paragraph 3 above. The subject of the contract is specified in point 3 and in the objects of works.
