Wales and West Utilities Ltd (WWU), is a regulated gas distribution business with around 35 000km of gas distribution pipelines located within Wales and the South West of England.

We are seeking expressions of interest from suppliers who can provide the following:

Data logger equipment that can be attached to a customer's meter and is capable of recording and transmitting hourly flow data (scm) to a hosted central system accessible by WWU. We assume it would be web based but if there was another option more akin to SCADA or PMAC which aren't web based we would accept that too.

All equipment must be intrinsically safe in-line with the ATEX Directive complying with Hazardous area category Eexia Zones 0, 1, 2 and 3).
