RDW Zamość Renovation of the provincial road No. 863 Kopki - Krzeszów - Tarnogród - Cieszanów: Task No. 1 from km 22+496 to km 23+750 in the town of Dąbrówka, Task No. 2 from km 28+920 to km 29+920 in the town of Dąbrówka, Task No. 2 from km 28+920 to km 29+920 in the town of Dąbrówka. Bukovina

The object of the order is construction works consisting in the execution of works specified in the task under the name:

Task No. 1 – Renovation of the provincial road No. 863 in the town of Wroclaw. Dąbrówka from km 22+496 to km 23+750 length 1,254 km

The works will consist in milling the existing surface of the provincial road No. 863 along the entire width of the roadway, and then making new structural layers of asphalt concrete. The material scope of the works will not cause changes in relation to the original state.

Task No. 2 – Renovation of the provincial road No. 863 in the town of S. Bukovina from km 28+920 to km 29+920 1,000 km long

The material scope includes repairing the road surface and shoulders, cleaning, restoring and deepening roadside ditches and cleaning the through part of the existing culverts under the road from silt. The works will be carried out within the boundaries of the existing road lane DW 863 on the plots listed below, which are in the Management Board of the Local Government of the Lubelskie Voivodeship on the basis of the Act.

Task No. 1 – Renovation of the provincial road No. 863 in the town of Wroclaw. Dąbrówka from km 22+496 to km 23+750 1,254 km long.

1 The scope of works includes:

Task No. 1 – Renovation of the provincial road No. 863 in the town of Wroclaw. Dąbrówka from km 22+496 to km 23+750 1,254 km long.

1) As a result of the works carried out, the original parameters of the road will be restored, including:

a) roadway width 6.00÷6.50 m,

(b) a slope of 1,5 to 2 % on a straight line,

c) leveling the roadway in the longitudinal profile consisting in eliminating depressions and bulges,

d) roadside profiling with a one-sided slope of 6 % over a width of 1.50 m,

e) making a road band of aggregate with a width of 0.60 m

2) Planned scope of works:

a) length of the road section covered by the renovation 1 254,00 m

b) roadway width 6,00÷6,50 m

c) corrective milling of the roadway 9 220.25 m2

d) the surface of the roadway, including:

• compensatory w-wa min. gr. 2cm (diameter 4,0cm) 958,91Mg

• glass mesh with non-woven fabric min. 100 KN 7,398.60 m2

• w-wa binding gr. Min. 6 cm 9 193,15 m2

• w-wa abrasion gr. min. 4cm 9 077,35 m2

e) mechanical profiling of roadsides with trough forming 1 474,80 m2

f) mechanical profiling of roadsides 3 687,00 m2

(g) replacement of curbs with wyk. concrete bench 126,50 m

h) hardening of roadsides with milling destruct (or crushed aggregate) 1 474,80 m2

i) restoration, desilting and cleaning of roadside ditches 2 458.00 m

j) setting of posts U-1a (U-7+U-8+U-1f) 58,00 pcs.

k) road marking 566,00 m2

The listed scope of work includes basic works. The detailed material scope of works is included in the bill of quantities. For the duration of the works in the DW 863 road lane, a temporary traffic organization project will be introduced to enable shuttle traffic of vehicles.

2 The basic material scope and quantity of works are specified in the attached Bill of Quantities and Detailed Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works.

3 The Contractor is obliged to ensure safe road and pedestrian traffic conditions in the area of the works covered by the contract on the basis of the temporary traffic organization (for the duration of the works) approved by the Traffic Manager on provincial roads.

4 Works must be carried out in accordance with the requirements set out in the attached Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works.

5 The Contractor shall ensure that the Works covered by the Agreement are managed for as long as necessary by persons with qualifications and meeting the requirements set out in the Construction Law. Failure by the Contractor to secure personnel to direct the works gives the right to the Supervision Inspector or the Contracting Authority to suspend the works in whole or in part. Any interruption in the execution of Works resulting from the lack of personnel to manage the works shall be treated as a break for reasons attributable to the Contractor and may not constitute grounds for changing the time for completion of works.

6 As part of the contractual remuneration, the contractor is obliged to: '- ensure the participation of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas in the fleet of vehicles used in the performance of the public task in question, in the share specified in Article 68(3) of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 875, as amended). as amended), having regard to Article 36a, which lays down rules for rounding percentages when calculating the number of vehicles required, where the performance of a public task requires the disposal of motor vehicles. The specific number of vehicles will be indicated by the Contractor at the stage of signing the contract."

7 The order (construction works) executed by the Contractor will be covered by the warranty for the period of time resulting from the submitted offer (in accordance with point XIX SWZ).

Task No. 2 – Renovation of the provincial road No. 863 in the town of S. Bukovina from km 28+920 to km 29+920 1,000 km long

1 The scope of works includes:

Task No. 2 – Renovation of the provincial road No. 863 in the town of S. Bukovina from km 28+920 to km 29+920 1,000 km long

1) The designed scope of works is aimed at restoring the original parameters of the road, to obtain:

a) roadway width 6.00 m, cross-section with widenings on horizontal curves of the road,

b) transverse slopes of the roadway: 1.5 to 2.0% on straight sections and varying to 2.5% and 6.0% on road curves,

c) transverse slopes of roadsides to 4.0 to 6.0%

2) For this purpose, the basic material scope of works will be carried out as follows:

a) Corrective milling of the surface 6 277,28m2

b) Leveling the foundation with the AC-16W mixture – avg. gr. 4,0cm 674,83 mg

c) Laying anti-cracking meshes with a tensile strength of at least 100kN 5 900,00m2

d) Execution of the binding layer min. thickness 6 cm from mineral and bituminous mixture AC16W 6 511,32m2

e) Execution of the wear layer min. thickness 4 cm from mineral and bituminous mixture AC11S 6 464,78m2

f) Dismantling curbs in bays 20,00 m

g) Installation of curbs in bays 106,00 m

h) Execution of the trough (for hardening the roadsides with aggregate) 1 153,80m2

i) Hardening of roadsides with aggregate 1 241.80 m2

j) Mechanical profiling of roadsides 2 884,50m2

k) Restoration - desilting of ditches 1 876,00m

l) Dismantling and setting of new posts U-1a, U7, U-8, U-1f 20,00pcs.

m) Road markings: 372,00m2
