The contract to be tendered concerns a building contract and includes the Realization Work (Restoration and Renovation) for a town hall that will be housed in two existing buildings at Willemsoord, namely in:

a) building 66 - 3,486 m2 GFA (Restoration);

b) building 72 - 3,442 m2 GFA (Renovation).

Both buildings together have a total surface area of 6 928 m2 GFA.

The assignment includes demolition work.
