Trondheim Havn IKS [Trondheim Port Intermunicipal Company] would like to enter into framework agreements within consultancy services for recruitment. There are 4 lots in total, divided into managers (A), staff (B) and operational personnel (C). Tenderers can submit tenders for all of the lots. Each lot will be awarded to one tenderer, but one and the same tenderer may be awarded more than one lot. One tenderer can win all of the lots. The total scope for this procurement is estimated to be NOK 1 million per year excluding VAT. The contract duration will be two years, with an option to extend for a further two years, one year at a time. The total turnover for four years will be NOK 4 million. The maximum framework value over four years is set to be NOK 5 million.
