3.1. The subject of the contract is the design, delivery, assembly and commissioning of photovoltaic installations and solar collectors, heat pumps and biomass boilers for the needs of residential and public buildings in the design and build formula. 3.2. The subject of the contract has been divided into the following parts: Part I: Design, delivery, assembly and commissioning of photovoltaic installations The task is to design, deliver, assemble and commission photovoltaic installations for: a) 18 private users in the off-grid system b) 16 Public Buildings in the on grid system Part II: Design, delivery, installation and commissioning of solar correctors The task is to design, delivery, installation and commissioning of solar collector installations: a) 4 pcs. solar sets on buildings of individual customers Part III: Design, delivery, installation and commissioning of heat pumps The task is to design, supply, install and commission heat pumps for DHW. a) 6 pcs. sets of heat pumps in buildings of individual customers Part IV: Design, delivery, assembly and commissioning of biomass boilers The task consists in designing, delivering, assembling and commissioning biomass boilers for central heating and hot water with a higher standard: a) 2 pcs. biomass boilers for central heating and hot water The above part provides for minimum warranty lengths for the following devices, counting from the date of signing the defect-free final protocol with the Ordering Party: - construction and assembly works - minimum 5 years - solar collectors - minimum 10 years - heater (tank) for DHW – minimum 5 years - photovoltaic cells – minimum 12 years - photovoltaic inverter – minimum 10 years - air source heat pump (HP) – minimum 5 years - boiler for hot water biomass/pellets – minimum 5 years - other assortment necessary for the proper functioning of individual installations - minimum 5 years During the warranty period, the Contractor is obliged to remove all defects and damages to the subject of the contract free of charge, which during the warranty period turn out to be defective, i.e. defective or damaged as a result of the use of defective materials, incorrect construction, incomplete efficiency, defective workmanship or other reasons. The guarantee covers defects in the subject of the contract resulting from material defects and defects in workmanship. 3.3.
