The object of this contract is the preparation and execution of the operation of agricultural and forestry land development in the municipalities of Sergy and Cierges with extension to the municipalities of Coulonges-Cohan, Courmont, Ronchères, Seringes-et-Nesles, Villers -on-Fère. This consultation is launched by open call for tenders in application of Articles L. 2120-1, L. 2124-2, R. 2124-1 and R. 2124-2-1º of the public procurement code. This consultation is the relaunch of the consultation (C20007) which was declared without follow-up.
