Framework supply agreement for the acquisition of computer equipment and the maintenance and support thereof; equipment intended for: • meeting and training rooms (Lot 1) • users (Lot 2)

Following the transfer of responsibility for the technical management of meeting rooms at all ORES sites between the Facility Management department and the IT — Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) department, the latter wishes to:

• Cover the need through a contract (purchasing compliance);

• Build a real IT/supplier collaboration (local if possible) that would last for the long term;

• Guarantee the sustainability and operationality of the infrastructure on which the service is based;

• Provide quality service to end users of meeting rooms.

In addition, the IT — Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) department also wants to cover its future needs in terms of computer hardware for users, commonly known as “small hardware”.

For lot 1: the supply of multimedia equipment for ORES buildings:

• Meeting rooms;

• Training rooms;

• Display on communication screens (e.g. cafeteria, rambla,...).

More specifically, in terms of supplies, these are:

• Screens and projectors

• Audio equipment (speakers, amplifiers, sound bars, etc.)

• Teleconferencing equipment (speakers and table microphones, octopuses, etc.), videoconferencing (cameras, speakers, etc.), etc.

• Room reservation systems;

• Licenses, computers or servers associated with the management and operation of multimedia systems or the reservation of rooms.

As far as services are concerned, these are services that make it possible to ensure:

• Creating and updating the inventory of equipment;

• Asset management (obsolescence, end of support, etc.)

• The management of technical documentation or intended for users (instructions for use, etc.);

• Technical maintenance (projector lamps, firmware update, etc.);

• Support (installation, assistance, troubleshooting or replacement) on site or remotely;

• The storage of new equipment and equipment recovered on site, for the realization of projects or to ensure repairs;

• Deconfiguration and recycling of material recovered from ORES.

In addition, the contract must also allow the possibility of being able to order accessories, additional licenses, other products in the range or related products existing or non-existent to date (evolution of the range, technologies, etc.) throughout the duration of the contract.

For lot 2: the provision of multimedia material for users:

More specifically, in terms of supplies, these are:

• Screens

• Keyboards, mice, small scanners,...;

• Cables of all kinds;

• Audio accessories (headphones, speakers,...);

• Docking stations

• Storage devices: external hard drives, memory cards,...;

• Small waiters.

In addition, the contract should also allow the possibility of being able to order other related products existing or non-existent to date (changes in the range, technologies, etc.) throughout the duration of the contract.

As far as services are concerned, these are services that make it possible to ensure:

• The provision of a catalog specific to the needs of ORES;

• Access to a web shop for less frequent equipment;

• Storage of the material and delivery directly to the user;.
