The framework agreement will be used to provide a range of generic L and D services and support the provision of future services. The objectives of the framework agreement are to:
• achieve high quality user experience through offering a variety of learning delivery channels including face to face and digital interventions that will enable flexible access to learning and ensure good customer service throughout;
• improve the quality of learning by blending together different learning solutions into coherent learning bundles and pathways;
• maintain delivery of existing core interventions and programmes;
• achieve value for money learning through the full use of technology to provide concise and focused modules of learning;
• assist in the provision of a seamless, blended prospectus in a manner which is in line with NICSHR L and D vision and user requirements;
