Description:
Provision of Learning and Development Services

The framework agreement will be used to provide a range of generic L and D services and support the provision of future services. The objectives of the framework agreement are to:

• achieve high quality user experience through offering a variety of learning delivery channels including face to face and digital interventions that will enable flexible access to learning and ensure good customer service throughout;

• improve the quality of learning by blending together different learning solutions into coherent learning bundles and pathways;

• maintain delivery of existing core interventions and programmes;

• achieve value for money learning through the full use of technology to provide concise and focused modules of learning;

• assist in the provision of a seamless, blended prospectus in a manner which is in line with NICSHR L and D vision and user requirements;

• provide learning that imparts practical know-how, equips staff and incorporates the latest tools and techniques needed to develop the skills required to deliver effective public services;

• work collaboratively with suppliers, departments and professions to identify, design, develop and deliver current and future learning interventions; and

• improve utilisation of evaluation and management information.
