Mastery of renovation of the building in sheds de l'Ilot Thorel for the installation of a bike house and a small restaurant/bar in Louviers (27).

The contracting contract includes the following tasks: Core Mission + Complementary Missions: OPC, SSI, EXE Part.

This mission will be the subject of two contract management contracts, according to the following breakdown: — under construction management EPF Normandy: contractor of the works of closed and covered; — under project management Community of agglomeration Seine-Eure: contractor of the works of second work of the building.

Future facilities will welcome:

— the Maison du Vélo (405 m 2 SU) (see information sheet in the annex);

— a restoration/bar area (see information sheet in the annex) on the residual surface of the building (146 m 2 SU);

— a common entrance lock allowing access to the two separate spaces (25 m 2 SU). There is no provision for the development of outdoor spaces.
