1. The subject of the contract is the development of design and build project documentation in the system
and execution of the investment on its basis entitled: "Installation of renewable energy sources in the municipality of Kochanowice
as part of the project "Green Kochanowice - Green Coats of Arms". The procedure in question is a comprehensive implementation of the task including the preparation of design documentation along with all legally required arrangements, delivery, as well as all construction and assembly works related to individual parts.
2. The scope of the contract consists of 10 tasks, 4. Installation of the subject of the contract will take place on the premises of private residents of the Kochanowice commune.

No. 1a, 1b. 1c, 1d, 1e, 1f and 1g to the SWZ - separately for each part and in the List of installations - Annex 15 to the SWZ.
PART I – Task No. 1: Photovoltaic installations connected to the grid with electricity storage.A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the PFU - Annex 1a to the SWZ and the List of installations - Annex 15 to the SWZ. PART II – Task No. 2, 3: DC and AC energy storage for existing photovoltaic installations.3. The subject of the contract has been specified in detail in the Functional and Utility Program – Attachment
