Sand cleaning on a total processing area of approx. 40,000 m2

Sand cleaning of public sand playgrounds, sandboxes in schools and sandboxes in daycare centers in 4 districts of the city of Frankfurt a.M.

The quantities determined in advance may change during the tender period due to unforeseeable changes, e.g. additions to sand areas that have been contaminated in the meantime or the loss of sand areas due to construction measures!

The total work is to be carried out up to and including 31.05.2023.

With regard to the execution period, proof of capacity is required. The bidder should have a sufficient number of machines and manpower to be able to carry out the total volume offered within the desired deadlines.

In addition, proof of the cleaning system / filtration technology must be submitted by means of certificates and expert opinions.

Sandauffüllung:

To be delivered and, if necessary, refilled is white-yellow mine sand (no river sand), double-washed, grain size 0/2 mm. Upon delivery, proof must be presented that the sand is hygienically perfect.

The invoicing is to be made separately according to public playgrounds, day-care centers and schools - according to the respective districts!

Should damage to plant components or adjacent surfaces occur during the execution of the work, this must be remedied immediately by the person responsible.

The processed sand play surfaces must be brought back into playable condition within one day by the contractor in accordance with DIN EN 1176/77.

The cleaning services are certified by means of a measurement report

The measurement reports should:

1. the exact date of execution;

2. the performer,

3. the object data (place of execution),

4. the area (m2),

5. the processing depth (cm), and

6. the volume machined (m3)

be shown.

When cleaning the sand surfaces, the use of chemical and thermal treatments as well as milling of the sand layer is not permitted.
