The progress in the consolidation of the NCC, as well as the next deployment of the initiatives and services that will begin to be provided, will involve a high volume of work, in order to execute and maintain, which requires that the NCC team be provided with support in this regard, for a correct realization of the different actions to be carried out. In this context, the object of the contract is the support service to INCIBE in the planning, execution and management of the actions entrusted to it as the National Coordination Center as well as to support the creation, monitoring and dynamization to consolidate a Community of Public-Private Competence at the national level, under the terms of the Technical Specifications (PCT). Through this contract, through the tasks described in the PCT, it is intended to have the assistance of the profiles and professionals indicated in section 2.4.1 of the aforementioned specifications. Likewise, and for the proper functioning of the service, as part of the object of the contract, the provision of an aid management platform is required under the terms of section 2.2.5 of the PCT.
