The services will be divided by nature of missions, defined as follows:

- recurring services of ERP security, general surveillance and guarding including canine team,

- recurrent remote monitoring and alarm intervention services,

- punctual security and safety services

This contract is a composite single-awarding framework agreement.

It is performed partly by services processed at an annual fixed price on the basis of a breakdown of the global and fixed price (Dpgf) and in part, for services at unit prices fixed in a unit price schedule (Bpu), by means of purchase orders issued by the contracting authority without negotiation or reopening of competition pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1 °, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code.

In accordance with Article R. 2162-4 of the Public Order Code, the purchase order part is concluded without minimum and with a maximum of 100,000 euro excl. tax per year (i.e. 400,000 euro excluding tax over the total duration of the contract, including renewal periods)
