1. The subject of the order is the delivery of implants, endoprostheses, implants, orthopedic materials according to 31 tasks on the Operational Block, located at Herberta Street 21, for the purposes of the Trauma and Orthopedic Branch, located at Herberta 21 Street, in Lublin.
2. A detailed description of the object of the order and the requirements of the Ordering Party in relation to the individual packages and the scope in the minimum configuration that meets the technical parameters, shall include Annex No 1 to the SWZ. Additional requirements for the object of the order are set out in Annex 1a to SWZ
3. This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the specifications, which are, for example, the result of the answers to Contractors' queries.
