The service is for the provision of Tenancy Support Services.

This Notice is being issued by Hillhead Housing Association (HHA) on behalf of Hillhead Housing Association, Antonine Housing Association (AHA), Arklet Housing Association and Partick Housing Association (PHA) who have successfully partnered on a number of initiatives since 2005.

The service is for the provision of Tenancy Support Services for HHA, AHA, ARKLET and PHA to be known hereafter as “the Associations”.

Our respective Housing Management Teams have carried out an assessment of all current tenants and identified those that are in greatest need of additional tenancy support and the nature of their issues which include at least one or a combination of the following:

— mental ill health with extreme vulnerability,

— substance misuse with chaotic lifestyle,

— extremely poor housekeeping,

— physical or Learning Disability,

— serious Anti-social behaviour,

— serious arrears,

— poor physical health.
