Each lot of the market includes:

- a fixed part including the annual flat-rate benefits with the possibility of modulating the surfaces according to the evolutions of the land to be maintained from year to year,

- a variable portion for one-off services that are the subject of purchase orders when the need arises.

The technical provisions specific to the contract are detailed in the special technical clauses (CCTP).
