The project is offered as the main contract for: Renovation of AAB's dept. 37 which consists of a total of 194 homes in 10 apartment blocks spread over 22 stairwells. The building is designed as 8-figures and consists of 3 and 4-storey apartment blocks with basement / parterre floors.

The entire building is facing an external renovation in the form of renovation of the facades incl. external retaining walls around stairs, replacement of windows and window sections, as well as covering of existing balconies. Inside, the apartments' installations must be renovated – domestic water supply replaced, electrical installations replaced

Housing is inhabited under renovation, residents are not rehoused.
