Purchase and delivery of calculators for students entering 6th grade
The framework agreement with a minimum amount of EUR 40,000 excluding VAT and a maximum amount of EUR 80,000 excluding VAT for the initial period is entered into in application of Articles L. 2125-1 1 o , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code. It will give rise to the issuance of order forms. The framework agreement includes a preparation period from the date of its notification until 1.5.2021, the effective start date of the services. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of one year from 1.5.2021.
