The specific services are to physically and commercially operate the Premier Transmission Pipeline System for the Scotland to Northern Ireland Pipeline (SNIP) and the Belfast Gas Transmission Pipeline System (BGTP) to ensire it is available, safe and reliable and meets all statutory requirements and best practice. The service provider will also be required to have arrangements in place to deliver Emergency Response. The service provider shall host the servers that the commercial and physical operating applications are held and manage the communication links between the servers and the various Above Ground Installations. Premier Transmission Limited (PTL) requires hosting for SCADA servers, GTMBS servers and provision of communication links.
