Guarding services for municipal accommodation

The city of Schwedt/Oder operates a homeless facility at Breite Allee 31-35 with a capacity for a maximum of 57 places. For these, the commissioning of a security service in the municipal accommodation is intended. The aim of the service contract to be awarded is to meet the security needs of the users and visitors of the guarded object, to protect the object in accordance with the security and required security-relevant aspects in compliance with the applicable laws, guidelines and requirements, as well as to maintain order and security, to avert dangers and damage and to protect people, property and assets. In the event of imminent dangers, the contractor (contractor) must initiate appropriate immediate measures to avert their danger. In doing so, the contractor is bound by proportionality. The Contractor shall carry out inspection rounds of the object as part of the security service.
