1. The object of the purchase is the waste (hereinafter referred to as the cargo) transportation service. Cargo transportation is carried out in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania at a distance of up to 200 kilometers from Jurgeliškių k. 9, Šiauliai district.

2. Semi-trailers with sliding floors loaded from above and capable of transporting cargo with a gross weight of up to 24 t., with a volume of up to 82 m3, are used for the transportation of cargo.

3. The preliminary number of cargo journeys transported per year 1,500 times, over 3 years – 4,500 times. The customer does not undertake to purchase the entire quantity (volume) during the term of the contract, the quantity may change, but must not exceed the specified contract value (Eur excluding VAT).

4. A period of 1 hour is allocated for loading the vehicle. The Customer is responsible for loading. For unloading, the time is not set and the Service Provider is responsible for unloading.

5. Place of loading: Public institution Šiauliai Region Waste Management Center, Jurgeliškių k. 9, Šiauliai district.

6. The place of unloading is no more than 200 kilometers from the place of loading of the cargo in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania. The Customer will notify the exact address of unloading by adjusting the preliminary, detailed in months, cargo transportation schedule.
