* In case of alteration of the existing preparation (Baxter), the contracting authority requires delivery and borrow within the offer price of appropriate evaporators in the quantity of 2 pieces to Desfluran for the duration of the delivery contract. The Contractor shall ensure the service and calibration of the vaporizers bordered for the duration of the contract.
