The Zweckverband High-Speed-Netz Rhein-Neckar is building a future-proof NGA (Next-Generation-Access) network based on fiber optics to improve broadband coverage across the board in the Rhein-Neckar district.

As part of the federal funding guidelines for the development of white NGA spots and in connection with the KO financing of the state of Baden-Württemberg, the area of the municipality of Wilhelmsfeld (69259 Wilhelmsfeld) is to be developed comprehensively with FTTB (Fiber-to-the-Building). Gradual commissioning is planned:

- Level 1 - HOAI - work phases 1 to 3,
