The assignment concerns the execution of archaeological research for the Nistelrode - Zwarte Molen planning area phase 4A and phase 4B in the municipality of Bernheze. Archaeological research is understood to mean the archaeological fieldwork, the processing, description, analysis and synthesis of the research results, reporting in a final report.

The Nistelrode – Zwarte Molen phase 4A and phase 4B planning area in the municipality of Bernheze will be developed into a new residential area in the coming years. The soil interventions that accompany this have an irreversible effect on the special archaeological remains (traces and finds) in the subsurface. These are located at a depth of approximately 50 cm below the current ground level.

The effective date of the agreement is expected to be mid-November 2023.
