Providing Accountancy services in accordance with the Tender Documents.

In addition to the big four, contracting authority also invites medium-sized accountancy firms to submit a tender.

1) Audit of the financial statements (on the fairness of the financial statements and the legality of the income and expenses and balance sheet changes included therein) for the audit years 2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027, if the Agreement is renewed, including for the audit years 2028, 2029 and 2030. After the initial term, the renewal of the Agreement shall be assessed annually.

2) Audit and assessment work in the context of (European) subsidy schemes.

There may be optional work during the term of the Agreement, which (if applicable) will be carried out on the basis of a Further Agreement. There is expressly no guarantee of actual execution of optional work.
