The purpose of this tender is to select two (2) to four (4) contractors for the provision of hardware and software including implementation. Assignments under the framework agreement to be concluded are awarded to one of the contractors (Framework Contractors) by means of mini competitions. Per Assignment (of at least €15,000 excl. VAT) a mini competition is organized under the Framework Contractors for the delivery of ICT Hardware on the basis of updated specifications. Orders under €15,000 excl. VAT may be awarded directly to one of the contractors.

Within the scope of this tender is: Purchase of: Servers, Storage, Switches, Firewalls, Cables for connecting the back-end hardware; Purchase of back-end hardware software that is also related to the size of the back end; this includes firmware, management (console) software; possibly backup and VMWare; Renewals of this Software that involves an extension of more than 20% of the value.

Services: multi-year support, installation, implementation, Certified disposal of products that have been replaced.
