1. The subject of the contract is services relating to the Employment of Foreigners (ZC) system in the scope of:
1) development;
2) administer and remove failures and errors;
3) User support, including the provision of services:
(a) helpdesk,
(b) organisation and participation in group consultations.
2. Details of the description, scope and conditions of execution of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 7 to the SWZ — “Designed provisions of the contract to be entered into the content of the contract concluded” and in particular Annex 2 to SWZ under “Detailed Description of the Subject Order (SOPZ)”.

3. Additional requirements of the contracting authority related to the performance of the subject of the contract in respect of the employment of persons referred to in Article 95 of the Act:
3.1. The Contractor must employ at least two persons from the team dedicated to the implementation of the subject of the contract, for a period of time not less than the end of the period of implementation of the subject of the contract, in accordance with Article 95 of the Act.
3.2. Detailed arrangements concerning: how to verify the employment of the abovementioned persons, the powers of the Contracting Authority to control compliance with the requirements associated with the hiring of the person above, and sanctions for failure to comply with these requirements are contained in the Designed the provisions of the contract to be entered into the contents of the contract entered into as Annex 7 to the SWZ.
