The subject of the Order is:

1.Direct physical protection of the facilities of the Department of Social Insurance

in Bielsko-Biała and field organizational units in Cieszyn and Żywiec, including employees and third parties residing on objects.

2.Provision of objects using the monitoring of electronic devices and alarm systems.

3.Taking action by intervention groups.

4.Closing and opening specific objects and transferring keys to objects to the deposit.

The subject of the contract is comprehensive protection of persons and property, including in particular:

1.Ensuring the safety of life, health and personal invulnerability to employees, customers, employees of external companies performing tasks under contract with the Ordering Party and guests staying on the premises of the Contracting Authority.

2.24/7 ensuring the protection of property and resources at the disposal of the Social Insurance Company in connection with the performance of tasks, including protection against theft, destruction or access to unauthorised information.

3.Intervention in case of interference by persons, threatening infringement of personal goods of persons residing in the property, threatening the destruction of property or theft.

4.Control of personal and freight traffic on the premises of the Ordering Party.

5.Countering the disruption of public order and maintaining it in the facilities of the Contracting Authority.

6.Closing and opening of the ZUS Inspectorate facility in Żywiec and from Q3 2024 also the ZUS Inspectorate in Cieszyn by security personnel assisted by employees of the intervention group.

7.Service of guest rooms in the ZUS Inspectorate in Cieszyn, including record-keeping and directing guests to assigned guest rooms.
