The purpose of this tender was to engage a facilities management company to provide a wide range of preventative and responsive maintenance services including (ad-hoc) additional maintenance and facility services at the Eurofound premises.
This tender was split into 2 parts reflecting the way in which different services are provided and their nature. Due to the dual nature of the service to be provided the successful tenderer was awarded with 2 following contracts:
Part 1: Scheduled services – preventative maintenance (direct contract);
Part 2: Additional (ad-hoc) services and responsive maintenance (FWC contract).
