Interested suppliers (L) are hereby invited to tender for the service and maintenance of street lighting in accordance with the terms of this procurement document and any accompanying documents.

1.3 Scope

The procurement aims to meet B's needs for service and maintenance of street lighting. Skurup municipality is responsible for about 6,500 units. Luminaire replacement to led is estimated at about 200-300se units / year and fault correction about 100-200 cases / year.

1.4 Estimated value

B purchase of service amounts to approximately: 800 000 SEK/year.

1.5 Volumes

The volume above, as well as stated above, is based on statistics from the last 12-month period and can be seen as an indication of future volume. However, B does not undertake to make purchases for these estimated volumes. The scope may change during the contract period. During the contract period, units may be added or decommissioned. Additional units within the municipality shall be covered by this contract. Any additional customer may not be associated with increased costs.

L shall deliver skurup municipality's real needs, whether this exceeds or falls below the stated. Specified volumes shall only be considered as guidelines and shall not be binding on B.

1.6 Avtalsperiod

The contract is signed for the period 2023-03-01-2025-02-28.

After that, there is the possibility of two (2) extensions of 12 months.
