The contract concerns craftsman services for internal maintenance, renovations and repair of municipal drug-abuse treatment centres, youth housing (Ungbo), homes and institutions for the psychologically impaired and other enterprises and offices operated by the Welfare Administration.

The municipal drug-abuse treatment centres, housing, enterprises and offices are located around the city of Oslo, and this Agreement shall also cover the Sjøstrand care centre located in Asker. The buildings consist of everything from older apartment buildings, town villas, apartment cooperatives to our own buildings constructed in the 1980s and 1990s. There are approx. 45 000 square meters and additionally about 250 Ungbo apartments.

The contracting authority wants to enter into parallel framework contracts with 3 to 5 suppliers per craft:
