This contract concerns the assignment for the Municipality of Cortona (AR) of the School Transport Service and related services as well as of Local Public Transport Services - weak network

The subject of the contract is the assignment to third parties of the services reported according to the following structure:

A) Ordinary School Transport Services (TS): the services are aimed at pupils attending nursery schools, primary and secondary schools of the Municipality of Cortona who have requested it in the manner provided by the municipal administration and are states admitted to this service.

The following services are connected to ordinary school transport:

A.1) Transport service for educational-cultural exits authorized by the Municipal Administration, to be carried out during the period of the educational activities;

A.2) Transportation of students with disabilities.

B) School shuttle service;

C) Extra-curricular transportation service;

D) Accompanying / supervising service in transport vehicles where required by current legislation, for children under six years of age.

The above services are addressed to nursery school students, primary and secondary schools and the citizens of the Municipality of Cortona. The assignment includes the supply of vehicles / school buses and drivers and auxiliary personnel, based on the provisions and requirements referred to in this Special Descriptive and Performance Specifications;

E) Local Public Transport Service (LPT) weak network whose implementation is subject to funding from the Tuscany Region.
