The subject of the contract is a service consisting in maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the buildings of OR KRUS in Lublin and subordinate Field Outlets divided into 4 parts of the contract: 1) the first part – a service consisting in maintaining cleanliness in the Regional Branch of the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund in Lublin and 11 subordinate Field Branches, i.e. in PT in Kraśnik, Lubartów, Łęczna, Opole Lubelskie, Piaski, Puławy, Ryki, Janów Lubelski, Bełżyce, Kock and Bychawa; 2) the second part – a service consisting in maintaining cleanliness in KRUS Field Offices in Biłgoraj, Zamość, Hrubieszów and Tomaszów Lubelski; 3) third part – a service consisting in maintaining cleanliness in KRUS Regional Branches in Chełm, Krasnystaw and Włodawa; 4) the fourth part – a service consisting in maintaining cleanliness in KRUS Field Branches in Radzyń Podlaski, Biała Podlaska, Parczew and Łuków.
