1. Description of the subject of the contract
1) Croup. No. 1 (for vehicles and equipment of the Road Circuit in Bełżyce)
Delivery will rely on:
(a) refueling of unleaded gasoline 95 in quantities up to 2,500 l.
(b) refueling diesel fuel in an amount of up to 7,000 l.
c) purchase of consumables directly related to securing the technical performance of the car (cooler fluid, window washer fluid, light bulbs, protective gloves, cloths, etc.)
2) Croup. No. 2 (for WFD vehicles, vehicles and equipment of the Road Circuit in Krzczonów)
Delivery will rely on:
(a) refueling of unleaded gasoline 95 in quantities up to 600 l.
(b) refueling diesel fuel up to 18 650 l.
c) purchase of consumables directly related to the protection of the technical efficiency of the car (radiator fluid, windshield washer fluid, light bulbs, protective gloves, cloths, etc.)
task No 1 - Supply of liquid fuels and consumables for vehicles and service equipment of Road Dododu in Bełżyce1. Delivery shall consist of:
(a) refueling of unleaded gasoline 95 in quantities up to 2,500 l.
(b) refueling diesel fuel in an amount of up to 7,000 l.
c) purchase of consumables directly related to securing the technical performance of the car (cooler fluid, window washer fluid, light bulbs, protective gloves, cloths, etc.)
2. Delivery terms:
a) Refueling of vehicles and purchase of consumables - non-cash at the Contractor's service station.
(b) The service station shall be located at a distance of not more than 5 km from:
- for task No. 1: the seat of the Road Circuit in Bełżyce (Bełżyce, 3 Żeromskiego Street).
The Ordering Party reserves the right to measure the distance by controlling the journey in a company car and reading the odometer values.
(c) Issuing the driver after each refueling of a document confirming the fact of collection of fuels for the business car or consumables containing the number of the road card or daily report, time, date of execution w/w with confirmation of refueling or purchase in the road card /daily report (quantity, stamp, signature).
d) The Contractor undertakes that the service station will be available to the Ordering Party on all days from at least 7.00 to 15.00 with the possibility of refueling, if necessary around the clock (applies to winter road maintenance campaigns).
(e) Ensure that the invoiced fuel price and prices for other consumables purchased are consistent with the prices applicable to the Contractor at the time of purchase taking into account the discharge offered.
3. Issuing collective VAT invoices, regulating receivables for the purchase of fuels and consumables no more than twice a month.
4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the ordered quantities of fuels according to the needs and change the quantity of the assortment within the total amount of the order.
5. Fuels must meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of
09 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680, as amended).
6. The Contracting Authority shall allow the possibility of submitting partial tenders for individual tasks. The Contractor may submit a tender for one or both of the tasks specified in point IV.1.
7. The subject of the contract has been described in the manner specified in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Public Procurement Law. The Contracting Authority shall accept solutions equivalent to those described provided that the Contractor proves in the tender, in particular by means of the means of proof referred to in Articles 104 to 107, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract to an equivalent extent.
Task No. 2 - Supply of liquid fuels and consumables for vehicles and service equipment of the WFD in Lublin z/s in Bychawa and the Road Circuit in Krzczonów1. Delivery shall consist of:
a) refueling unleaded petrol 95 in an amount of up to 600 l.
(b) refueling diesel fuel up to 18 650 l.
c) purchase of consumables directly related to the protection of the technical efficiency of the car (radiator fluid, windshield washer fluid, light bulbs, protective gloves, cloths, etc.)
The Ordering Party reserves the right to measure the distance by controlling the journey in a company car and reading the odometer values.
c) Issuing to the driver after each refueling a document confirming the fact of taking fuel for a company car or consumables containing the number of the road card or daily report, time, date of execution of the above-mentioned with confirmation of refueling or purchase in the road card / daily report (quantity, stamp, signature).
d) The Contractor undertakes that the service station will be available to the Ordering Party on all days from at least 7.00 to 15.00 with the possibility of refueling, if necessary around the clock (applies to winter road maintenance campaigns).
e) Ensuring that the invoiced price of fuel and prices for other purchased consumables will be consistent with the prices in force at the Contractor at the time of purchase, taking into account the discount offered.
3. Issue of bulk VAT invoices governing the claims for the purchase of fuels and consumables no more than twice a month.
4. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the quantities of fuel procurement as appropriate and to change the quantity of the assortment within the total amount of the contract.
