The Framework Agreement covers:
On the supply of various works processing: lamination work, transparent non-adhesive packaging by encapsulation, consolidation or binding, and refurbishment;
On the supply of various treatments of new or used periodicals intended for intensive use for extended periods: binding or repair work
Simple lamination of new works with or without dust jacketsimple lamination of new works with or without jacket transfer - contract reserved for economic operators who meet the conditions of Article L. 2113-12 and those who meet the conditions of Article L. 2113-13 of the French Public Procurement Code (ESAT, Adapted Companies, STPA, SIAEs or equivalent structures)
Transparent non-adhesive pouch encapsulation with or without the addition of transparent cap guards and/or corner guardstransparent non-adhesive pouch encapsulation with or without the addition of transparent cap protectors and/or corner guards - contract reserved for economic operators who meet the conditions of Article L. 2113-12 and those who meet the conditions of Article L. 2113-13 of the French Public Procurement Code (ESAT, Adapted Companies, STPA, SIAEs or equivalent structures)
Binding or repair work, in volumes, speaking or not, of periodical fasciclesThe work will concern periodicals in fascicles, with the front covers speaking or blind. All products and materials will be neutral and comply with the ordered technical requirements
