1.The subject of the order is the delivery of paper in A3 and A4 format of different weight for the purposes of State Administration Units.
2.The planned places of delivery for the execution of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ constituting the List of Units and the statement of requirements.
3.A detailed description of the requirements for paper is set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ, which is an assortment and price form. The detailed list of paper and quantities included in the Assortion-Price Form is the sum of the quantities of paper for individual units covered by the central order. The planned quantities of paper which each entity intends to execute during the period of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ which constitutes the List of Units and the statement of requirements.
4. The detailed manner of execution of the subject of the contract is specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ constituting the Proposed Provisions of the Agreement.

2.The Contracting Authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL Act
3.The Contracting Authority does not provide for the electronic auction referred to in Articles 227 - 238 of the Pzp Act
4.The contracting authority shall not permit the submission of variant tenders within the meaning of Article 92 (1) of the Pzp Act
5.The Contracting Authority does not provide for the conclusion of the framework agreement referred to in Articles 311 - 315 of the Pzp Act
6.The Contracting Authority does not provide for reimbursement of costs
7. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of offers in the form of electronic catalogs or the attachment of electronic catalogs to the offer
8. The Ordering Party requires a deposit of PLN 70,000.00
9. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers
